Peter Ruggiero and Lisa Birrittieri Join Cassidy Turley's Capital Market Investment Services Group
February 11, 2010 - Cassidy Turley is pleased to welcome Peter Ruggiero and Lisa Birrittieri to the company's Capital Markets Investment Services Group. Peter and Lisa will bring their considerable expertise, experience and contacts to our Capital Markets Investment Services Group. They will become integral in our efforts to deliver integrated, tailored solutions to our clients nationally and globally through our partnership with GVA Grimley.
Peter serves as Managing Director of US Capital Markets, and Lisa takes on the role of Vice President, US Capital Markets for our firm. They join Cassidy Turley after helping build a successful platform for the Colliers Investment Services Group in the US.
Peter has more than three decades of experience in investment sales and financing. He led a team of more than 50 senior investment sales professionals as National Managing Director of the Colliers Investment Services Group. In this role, his team completed more than $60 billion in Investment Sales and Financing transactions. Prior to Colliers, he served as a senior executive for Prudential Real Estate Investors, overseeing more than $4.5 billion in transactions.
Lisa joined Colliers in 2004, working in the Boston headquarters. She was Practice Group Manager for six to eight specialty practices. In 2006, she was promoted to Vice President in Colliers’ Investment Services Group. She became responsible for internal and external business development initiatives. Lisa also spent ten years with State Street Global Advisors, one of the industry’s largest institutional asset managers. Her experience included International Business Liaison for more than a dozen global locations.
The addition of Peter and Lisa demonstrates our commitment to maintaining our leadership in Capital Markets, as well as our ability to attract top talent to the Cassidy Turley team. They strengthen our capabilities to provide investment sales, mortgage brokerage, joint venture structuring and structured debt/equity placement on a local, national and global basis.
